Positive Behavior Intervention Supports

We practice a proactive approach to improve school safety and promote positive behavior through PBIS strategies at The Learning Express Preschool.  Positive Behavior Intervention Supports is a school-wide, multi-tiered framework to make schools an effective, safe, and positive environment.  It establishes a social culture in behavior supports when needed that help to improve social, emotional, and academic outcomes for all students. 

Students are awarded for being safe, responsible, and respectful in the classroom and school environment by earning paws.  Once a student accumulates 4 paws, they are awarded the opportunity to select a prize or an award.
